Let's Go Lugo...

I gotta say I'm impressed with Red Sox fans...instead of booing Lugo (to his face, we all know every Sox fan has bashed him behind his back) they show undying support and lift the guy up to get his first hit in 34 at bats!



It wasn't just any base hit, either. It drove in two runs to give the Sox a 3-0 lead over Kazmir and his former team, Tampa Bay.

So he struck out at his next at bat...we weren't expecting miracles!

Edit: I need to put a link in to this post about Lugo's at bat by Beth at Cursed to First . She summed up my feelings on Lugo's and made me realize I, too, am ashamed at the way I treated Reneterror - I MEAN Renteria and Foulke.
